Thanks for the reply. The bolt I am talking about does not show on the pdf you sent. It is one of the 4 bolts that hold the pump to the engine case. Maybe the screw is something that someone else machined into it. It has a been tapped and has a`screw in it. I will go back out in the morning and check for the bleed screw/bolt in your diagram.
